Biography
Kay Birdsell is an environmental scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). She has 30 years of experience in hydrologic and transport modeling, site characterization, and analyzing hydrologic field data. She has spent much of her career working on LANL environmental programs, the Underground Test Area in Nevada, and the Yucca Mountain Project. She has BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering.
