Biography

Dan Levitt is a hydrologist and modeling expert who currently manages a team of 18 hydrologists at Neptune. He has over 32 years of experience and manages staff and resources for multiple radioactive waste performance assessment projects and groundwater modeling projects. He is the project manager for LANL's Area G performance assessment maintenance project. Dan has been a member of the Neptune team since 2013, and prior to that, he worked for LANL's subsurface flow and transport modeling group for eight years. In his free time, he likes to hike, ski, and mountain bike.
