Biography

Maichen Carnes joined Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) in 2018. After joining WRPS she performed technical evaluations and managed and defined engineering requirements. In 2020, she began Operations Research Modeling, where she developed Operations Research Models and analyzed the corresponding results. She is currently a nuclear safety engineer. She is also the WRPS site representative for the Early Career Professional Exchange Program. She graduated from the University of Idaho in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
