Biography

Lesley is an environmental, social, and land use impact analysis and communications professional with over 35 years of experience with the federal and private sector. She is often asked to resolve difficult regulatory and implementation process problems through analysis. Lesley has worked CERCLA, NEPA, and NHPA efforts for complex and controversial projects including hazardous and nuclear waste management, infrastructure, nuclear licensing, environmental remediation, and the transfer of impacted federal real property for beneficial reuse. She is known and sought out for developing unique communication methods that focus on listening, seeking to increase and inspire public understanding and participation, and the creative resolution of differing points of view.
