Biography

Kelly Black is President and CEO of Neptune and Company. She also serves as the International Chair of ISO TC 69 on the Application of Statistical Methods. Ms. Black has many years of professional experience applying quantitative tools to environmental problem solving. Her view of the project as an interconnected series of processes led her to an interest in systematic planning, statistical designs, and decision quality assurance as these are areas where many projects fail. Ms. Black finds great reward in helping federal agencies, states, corporations, or communities identify optimal solutions for their most complex problems.
