Biography

Willy earned his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in 2006, during which time he worked at PNNL on the RPMP. In 2012 he earned his PhD from the University of Michigan under Prof. Zhong He. Willy was one of the four founders of H3D, Inc and currently serves as their president and CEO. At H3D he has worked on a wide variety of technical challenges, including circuit board design, user interface development, to image reconstruction codes.
