Biography

Will Nichols is a water resources engineer with over three decades of experience in the hydrology, site characterization, fate and transport modeling, pathway and exposure modeling, sensitivity and uncertainty analysis, probabilistic modeling and simulation, and software quality assurance. He has applied expertise in these areas to solve problems of national importance through CERCLA remedial projects, radioactive waste disposal facility licensing, NEPA reviews and EIS development, and dose reconstruction for legacy radioactive waste practices. He has successfully led teams in software development efforts and scientific studies to deliver and apply scientific simulators for environmental dose and total system performance assessments.
