Biography

Ms. Gilbreath has 19 years of engineering experience involving both civil and environmental engineering. Environmental Engineering includes groundwater and soil sampling, assisting with development and implementation of sampling analysis plans, work plans, health and safety plans, and corrective action studies. She has developed and maintained large analytical databases for groundwater monitoring and asbestos in soil and air, as well as databases for use. Ms. Gilbreath has developed designs for Civil and Environmental Engineering projects. In recent work she has contributed to a team in providing her engineering knowledge of the performance of engineered barrier systems and modeling their performance over future time periods.
