Frank received a PhD in geochemistry from the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton. He has spent 25 years working on the clean-up of nuclear and other contaminated sites worldwide and currently works for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in the UK and is responsible for leading the work on defining the site end states – the point where work is complete- for the UK’s oldest and most complex legacy civil nuclear facilities. He has previously. He is currently supporting IAEA and NEA working groups on post clean up controls and holistic decision making on complex sites.
