Biography

Dr. Perkins is the Senior Advisor in the Department of Energy's Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security. Dr. Perkins has over 20 years of experience in government and private industry as a subject matter expert and managing various safety programs. Dr. Perkins holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering as well as a Juris Doctorate Degree. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and attorney and is qualified as a Senior Technical Safety Manager.
