Dr. Cooper has 20 years of experience in project controls, accounting, and supply chain within the government contracting and commercial industries. Over the last seven years, Dr. Cooper has served various roles at the Idaho Cleanup Project and is currently the Director of Baseline Compliance & Analytics.
