Biography

Dolan Lucero is a PhD candidate in Hydrology at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. In 2021, he joined the Earth and Environmental Science group at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a graduate research assistant to develop thermal simulations of proposed subsurface radioactive waste disposition sites in Israel. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at the University of Utah in 2014. Before joining LANL, his doctoral research focused on basement-hosted geothermal systems and paleohydrologic modeling.
