Biography
Sachit Butail is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Northern Illinois University, where he directs the Emergent and Autonomous Systems Lab. Dr. Butail’s current research focuses on dynamical systems and robotics with an emphasis on human cognition, perception, and movement. His research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, Illinois Indiana Sea Grant, and NASA.
