Biography

Walter Quintero is a Research Scientist and Information Technology Team Lead at Florida International University’s Applied Research Center (ARC). He has a B.S. in Computer Engineering and M.S. in Engineering Management. Mr. Quintero has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He is a key person in multiple IT projects at ARC for the Department Of Energy Environmental Management (DOE-EM) and cybersecurity projects for Department of Defense (DOD). Mr. Quintero’s areas of applied research and expertise include enterprise systems for web and mobile platforms, web and database application and cybersecurity.
