Biography

Dana Kirkham is IEC’s Senior Director of Regulatory and Strategic Initiatives, this includes Environmental Services, Communications, Community Engagement, Government Relations, and Corporate Interface. Dana served as the Mayor of the City of Ammon. Dana was the Chief Executive Officer for the Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI). Her local experience is complemented by her prior federal government experience from past assignments with the Central Intelligence Agency and the United States Department of State. She holds a BS from Utah State University and a Master of Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
