Biography

Kevin Young obtained an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho and holds professional engineering licenses from the states of Idaho and Colorado. He works for the Idaho Environmental Coalition supporting the DoE Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP) and currently leads IEC's efforts for using indoor inspection drones to help solve waste remediation challenges at the Idaho National Laboratory Site. Kevin also co-chairs the newly formed IEC weSTEAM outreach program which seeks to create positive, early awareness of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math careers while emphasizing the importance of the Arts in all these fields.
