Biography

Mr. Halim Alsaed is the Principal of Enviro Nuclear Services, LLC (ENS), a small consulting firm that provides nuclear waste management, nuclear safety, and criticality safety services to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) offices of Nuclear Energy (NE), Environment Management (EM), and Enterprise Assessments (EA). He has 30 years of experience in nuclear and criticality safety, reactor physics and transients, probabilistic risk assessment, and nuclear waste management, including storage, transportation, and disposal of SNF, HLW, LLW, and TRU waste.
