Biography

Michel Pieraccini is EDF International Cooperation Director since 2017. He is in charge of all relationships between EDF group and Official International Organisations (such as UNO, IAEA, OECD, NEA, EC, WNA, EPRI, …) in the field of Nuclear Dismantling and Waste Management in which he is also recognised as an international expert beyond his management responsibilities. As a consequence, in his field of competence, he is also acting as French representative or Chairman of several international committees (OECD/NEA-CDLM-CPD-NI-2050, IAEA/IDN, WNA, EC, ITER, …). He is also regularly required by the EC or the IAEA to lead or contribute to Consultancies, expertises, Peer review missions (Fukushima, Italy, …) upon officials'/governments' requests.
