Biography

Mr. Welty has 25 years of project management, environmental compliance, radioactive waste management, and environmental engineering experience supporting various cleanup and plant infrastructure projects at the Idaho National Laboratory. Mr. Welty is the founder and principal of Blaine Creek Engineering. Mr. Welty has a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.
