Biography

Andrew is a senior spent fuel management policy analyst in the Used Fuel Management Department at Idaho National Laboratory. He has 23 years of experience conducting inter-disciplinary research and analysis of nuclear waste, nuclear energy and nuclear security issues incorporating extensive collaboration with governments, labs, industry, academia and non-government organizations. Andrew was the lead author of Decision-making and Radioactive Waste Disposal (Routledge, 2016). He holds a PhD in political science from Monash University in Australia.
