Biography

Sam graduated from the University of Bath, UK in 2015 with a MEng in Chemical Engineering, and proceeded to work in a variety of roles, both in the Nuclear Industry working on the UK’s fleet of Nuclear Power Stations, and in Academia developing Computational Fluid Dynamics models, prior to joining DBD in 2020. As a Lead Modelling Engineer at DBD, Sam has worked across a wide variety of projects, and has led the development of Thermodynamic, Process Throughput, and Transport & Logistics models. He has also developed cloud infrastructure for hosting models, and data reports for data visualization and analysis.
