Biography

holds a degree in History from the University of Brasília (1990), a specialization in Archives Organization from the University of São Paulo (1992), a master's degree in Library Science and Documentation from the University of Brasília (1995) and a doctorate in Social History from the University of São Paulo (2005). He is currently Associate Professor of Archival Studies and Director of the School of Information Science at the University of Brasilia. Vice-leader of the Research Group Studies of Representation and Organization of Information and Knowledge. He has experience in Information Science, with emphasis on Archive Organization, working mainly on the following topics: archivology, organization and retrieval of archives, records management,
