Biography

Gabriel is pursuing a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at FIU. His focus is on 3D printing concrete for radiation containment. Before his Ph.D., Gabriel worked with automation and part inspection for the medical industry. Throughout his career, he has implemented simulation, topological optimization, additive manufacturing, and Machine Learning techniques for various prototypes and projects including machinery for compression testing of an aircraft landing gear and material property prediction based on composition.
