Biography

Dr. Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering at Tennessee State University (TSU). Before this position, Dr. Liu work as research associate at TSU. She received her Ph.D. in civil engineering at Jackson State University (Mississippi) in 2020. Her expertise is in bio-mediated ground improvement, innovative construction and building materials, smart buildings and materials, sustainable infrastructure and geo-environmental area.
