Biography

Mark Bollinger is Deputy Manager of the DOE Carlsbad Field Office. He has served the DOE for almost 30 years, mostly with the Office of Science and the Office of Environmental Management. Most recently he was the Deputy Manager for the Fermi Site Office for 13 years. He has also worked at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, DOE Headquarters, the DOE Center for Risk Excellence, the Brookhaven Site Office, and the Princeton Site Office. Prior to his appointment with DOE, Bollinger worked as a scientist for the State of Indiana and conducted research for Proctor and Gamble.
