Biography

Paul received a PhD in statistics and decision analysis from Carnegie Mellon University. He is the remaining founder of Neptune and Company. Paul has applied decision analysis to complex environmental problems for the past 30 years, including Performance Assessments at several DOE, commercial and international facilities. He has supported the IAEA regarding effective stakeholder engaged decision making for radiological risk problems, and is managing Neptune's continuing research into improved methods for PA and risk-informed decision making.
