Biography

Mr. Warga is the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Human and Organizational Performance/Conduct of Operations Manager. He holds a BS in Organizational Behavior and Leadership and retains professional certifications in Radiation Protection, Occupational Health and Safety, Instructional Technology, Emergency Response, and Facility Operations. Jeff has 35 years of experience primarily as a DOE contractor following 8 years of service in the Navy Nuclear Power Program – Submarines. His career has been focused on supporting the safe and compliant operation of nuclear and high hazard facilities as well as the decontamination, decommissioning and remediation of nuclear weapons-related sites across the DOE enterprise.
