Biography

Remediation and Restoration (R&R) Program Manager for the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) Environment Division. She has worked 20+ years for the Tribe and oversees 7-full time staff. The R&R Program uses scientific measures and Indigenous Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) to manage industrial chemical risks to human health, and restore healthy populations of fish, wildlife, and traditional foods and medicines in the Akwesasne territory and surrounding environments. R&R program includes activities related to Federal and State Superfund Sites in Massena, NY; Brownfield Sites; and matters of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement (GLWQA).
