Biography

Francine Burroughs is Senior Vice President of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions’ Office of Workforce Services & Talent Management - responsible for establishing and evaluating human resource policies, procedures, and best practices. Francine has served more than 25 years in Education and Strategic Organizational development, including as an US Army Instructor, Educator, Administrator, and HR Staffing and Operations Director. Francine holds dual master’s degrees in education and HR Development. She serves on the Board of Child Enrichment and the Columbia County GA Chamber of Commerce. Out of all her accomplishments, Francine most enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.
