Biography

Bob Duffy is SVP and CAO for BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT), overseeing HR, EH&S and safety business operations. With a passion for talent management and workforce development, Bob has more than 30 years of HR and EH&S experience. Before joining BWXT, he served as SVP and HR CAO L3Harris Technologies. Mr. Duffy completed multiple certifications, including the emerging leader program from the UVA’s Darden School of Business and the Advanced HR Executive Program at the UM’s Ross School of Business. He also holds a master’s in management and technology from RPI and a bachelor’s in HR management from Muhlenberg College.
