Biography

Lisa Tharp-Bernard is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Amentum. In her current role, she leads Global Human Resources for Amentum’s Energy and Environment Business. Lisa has over 20 years of experience partnering with the business to develop and drive innovative solutions that promote employee growth and development, strengthen business and operations teams, and deliver success for customer missions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her MBA from Western Governor’s. Lisa serves on the board for SHRM, CSRA chapter.
