Nicole Westcott, Chief People Officer (CPO) Sellafield, former CPO for Nuclear Waste Services both of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Group, is focused on creation of a single waste organisation enabling future operating structures to improve waste management. Her passion is creating work spaces where people and performance thrive to meet future skillset demands for the nuclear industry. She joined NWS/Sellafield 3 years ago after working throughout the UK (Telecoms, Water and Waste). She brings experience that enables people, processes and systems to deliver innovative solutions to complex issues.
