Biography
Dr. Richter is an associate professor at Arizona State University, jointly appointed in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and the School of Social Transformation. She has been researching the social and political aspects of nuclear waste management since 2005, and is currently co-PI on a DOE-funded grant for informing a consent-based siting process for an interim nuclear waste site.
