Biography

Mr. Arnold is Chairman of the Pahrump Paiute Tribe with over 40 yrs experience supporting progressive approaches for enhancing tribal interactions including serving as Spokesperson for the Consolidated Groups of Tribes & Organizations representing16 culturally affiliated tribes. He is a former delegate to the White House Conf on Indian Education & co-authored numerous articles on American Indian issues. Richard is listed in Who’s Who of American Indians and serves as a Liaison to the NNSS Site Specific Advisory Board and EM/NV activities in addition to DOE's State Tribal Gov't Working Group and National Transportation Stakeholders Forum.
