Biography

David F. Teter is the associate Laboratory director for Infrastructure and Capital Projects, where he is responsible for the leadership, management, oversight, strategic planning and execution of the Laboratory’s portfolio of construction projects. Dave leads the integration of planning, management and execution of infrastructure projects across Los Alamos National Laboratory. Dave has 28 years of professional experience in multiple roles across the Laboratory, including project, program and line management of large, complex and hazardous facilities. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for funding the operations, maintenance and modernization of the Lab’s nuclear, high explosive and specialized weapons facilities.
