Biography

Dr. Vicky Freedman is a Senior Technical Advisor with Sealaska Technical Services, part of Tech 2 Solutions, a critical subcontractor to N3B under the Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract. She has a Ph.D in Environmental Sciences from The Ohio State University, and specializes in computational hydrogeology and vadose zone hydrology, with a focus on conceptual and numerical model development to assess risk. Prior to joining the Water Program at Los Alamos, Dr. Freedman spent 22 years at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), focusing on applied numerical studies of coupled hydrodynamics, contaminant transport, and geochemistry in environmental systems.
