Biography

Underground Test Area Project Manager for Navarro Research and Engineering, the Environmental Program Services contractor to the DOE Environmental Management Nevada Programs. He is responsible for the field data collection, data analysis, and modeling of radionuclide migration in groundwater beneath the Nevada National Security Site, the site of 818 underground nuclear tests. He has more than 30 years’ experience evaluating and managing environmental remediation of radionuclides in complex subsurface environments.
