Biography

Mr. Camper retired from the NRC in 2015. Previously the Director, Division of Waste Management and Environmental Protection at the U.S. NRC. Mr. Camper has over 45 years of experience within the nuclear industry having served in a number of important management positions within both the private and public sectors. Mr. Camper served for ten years as the U.S. Representative to the Waste Safety Standards Advisory Committee of the International Atomic Energy Agency, as a member of the Board of Directors and the Program Advisory Committee for the Waste Management Symposia. Mr. Camper is a recipients of several industry achievement awards.
