Biography

After completing the doctoral program in the Graduate School of Engineering at Kyoto University in 2012, I worked as a Special Postdoctoral Researcher at the RIKEN, and from July 2015, I have been working at Japan Atomic Energy Agency. With the aim of responding to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (FDNPS) accident, I have been involved in the development of an integrated Radiation Imaging System (iRIS) that combines radiation measurement, environmental sensing, and robotics to visualize radioactive substances deposited in the FDNPS and the surrounding environment.
