Biography

Harold Adkins currently serves as an SME providing consultation in the development of the Project Pele Transportable Reactor for the Strategic Capabilities Office and has over 30 years of experience in Type B radioactive material packaging, transportation (10 CFR 71), and storage (10 CFR 72). His current work includes providing technical leadership and program management on U.S. NRC, DOE-NE, DOE-EM, and NNSA programs. Harold also currently serves as principal investigator, key structural and thermal contributor on the design, development, construction, commissioning and deployment of the Defense Program Package (DPP)-3.
