Biography
Julia has been with DOE’s Office of Environmental Management (EM) since 2014. She currently serves as Director of the Office of Packaging & Transportation with responsibilities for policy, guidance, and a variety of programs in support of site transportation and packaging operations. She previously held positions with DOE EM in the areas of radioactive waste management and disposal.
