Biography

Johnny Moore is the US DOE Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Site Office Manager (OSO). He manages the operation contracts for the ORNL and Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education; providing oversight and compliance of contractor operations; providing federal stewardship of DOE resources; and managing federal resources. During more than 30 years of federal service with DOE, Moore has served in enriching operations, environmental management, waste management, technology development and site management roles. Moore also served as Operations Division Director in OSO. Mr. Moore holds a P. E. and earned a bachelors in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee.
