Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C)
Pat Lee is a chemical engineer with Washington River Protection Solutions. He has a BS and MS degree from the University of Delaware. He has 20+ years of experience in the nuclear industry. In the early part of his career he worked on the total system performance assessment models for the Yucca Mountain Project. He is currently the technical lead on the Hanford Integrated Disposal Facility performance assessment and Hanford Waste Management Area A-AX performance assessment. His presentation today discusses a model that can be used for simulating fate and transport of radionuclides from waste that is left behind in Hanford's underground waste storage tanks.
