Biography

Rod Skeen is a PhD Chemical Engineer with a Professional Engineering license in both Washington and Oregon. He is an individual likes to solve new problems and to build and improve the place where he lives and works. Dr. Skeen has contributed to, and managed, many complex, multi disciplinary projects. These projects span the areas of research and development, system start-up and operations, and environmental oversight. During his 35+ year career he has amassed more than 25 years of experience in project management and technical management and 15 years of experience in personnel management.
