Matt is a scientist in the Energy and Environment Directorate at PNNL working in nuclear waste management, waste form development, durability testing, and modeling. He received his PhD from the University of Western Ontario in 2014. He is the principal investigator of PNNL's IDF PA program supporting the Hanford mission, and has expertise in a range of waste form materials including grout, glass, ceramics, metal, polymers and used fuel; along with radionuclide sequestration and tank waste treatment.
