Biography

Mindy Toothman has over 20 years of environmental science and project management experience. She works at the Department of Energy, Carlsbad Field Office at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant. She is the Director of the Site Operations and Infrastructure Division, which provides oversight of WIPP's safeguards and security program, minor construction projects, project controls, and surface/underground operations. She is also active the National TRU Program User Group, which serves as a consensus building entity for integration of TRU waste programmatic goals and activities across the DOE complex.
