Biography

Chris Musick, Waste Treatment Plant, Deputy Project Director, has over 30 years of experience in radioactive waste management, clean-up technologies, engineering, and project management. Chris joined Bechtel in 1999 and the WTP Project in 2001. Chris started his career as a Manufacturing and Tool Design Engineer for Boeing Aerospace, then worked for more than eight years in research and technology at the nuclear waste treatment plant at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. In 2001, he started at WTP as Lead Engineer in Process Development and Testing, then Area Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager, and Deputy Manager of Engineering. In 2021, he transitioned into the Deputy Project Director role.
