Biography

As IEC’s Chief Operating Officer, Bill is in charge of the Integrated Waste Treatment Unit, and INTEC Operations, including Spent Nuclear Fuel, Calcine, BOP, maintenance and much of the infrastructure scope. Bill has more than 30 years of experience in nuclear operations and cleanup and has managed numerous projects and programs across the DOE complex and commercial nuclear industry. This includes nuclear sites that have an ongoing mission along with cleanup activities. He focuses his attention on programs to help ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient achievement of milestones.
