Biography

Rochelle Lowe is the current Small Business Liaison Officer for Amentum Services, Inc. Her experience in both the commercial and federal marketplace spans more than 20 years. In addition to her responsibilities as a SBLO, Rochelle is also a part-time professor at SDSU, teaching in their Contract Management professional certificate program. Rochelle has a MBA and BA in Public Administration as well as a degree and certificate in Purchasing Materials Management.
