Antoinette Vigil is an experienced Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) at CDM Smith, bringing 18 years of expertise to the role. Since joining the company in November 2023, she has played a key role in strengthening its Small Business Programs. With a background in Business Management, Antoinette has successfully supported small business initiatives for three Large Business Contractors. A dedicated member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since 2006, she is passionate about building relationships within the small business community, aligning their capabilities with federal opportunities, and fostering partnerships to secure federal awards.
